Creative Loft conversions are a truly specialist loft conversion company. We pride ourselves on our high specification, attention to detail, quality of work, work efficiency any last but not least our professionalism. We carry out a wide range of conversions from in roof (no major roof modifications), dormer loft conversions, or Hip Gable conversions. We are also one of the few companies that are able to convert a trussed roof into a loft conversion.
We only employ fully skilled tradesmen, from carpenters, plumbers, electrician and plasterers; all are expert in their chosen field and proud of their workmanship.
We work within a 30-mile radius of Coventry and have an enviable reputation with all the Building Control Departments within this area.
Why Use us?
There are many competitors in the loft conversion business. Some are general builders who will undertake anything from a simple chimney breast removal to a full loft conversion, though they would probably only build one or two loft conversions per year and so probably do not possess the experience to provide their customers with the loft conversion that they would like and expect. Other companies specialize in loft conversions. These companies can build a wide range of styles of loft conversions, from the simple In roof or Velux conversion through to a dormer or a more complicated hip gable or truss roof loft conversion. However they do not all offer the same attention to detail, quality workmanship, guarantee or professionalism. Very few will offer their customer a guaranteed price to construct a loft conversion. Some may not offer the customers the flexibility to tailor their conversion to suit their requirement. Many of their customers are disappointed with the completed work due to lack of communication or understand of what they will get. Many more complain of not being involved in the many decisions that will affect the way they will use their new space.
Creative Loft Conversions are different. We go to extremes to ensure that our customers get the best advice from day one. We work closely with our customers to ensure that they fully understand how the loft conversion will be built, how the construction process will impact on their lives, and what to expect from the finished conversion. We seek their opinions throughout the project; we want our customers to be more than just happy with the completed conversion.
When you contact us for an appointment the first thing you will notice is that we WILL ring you back. We will make a firm appointment to suit you and we WILL arrive on time on the appointed day. Upon arrival we will carry out a quick survey of your property, then sit down with you and establish exactly what you want from your new space. Once we have a good understanding of your requirements we will spend some time showing you a similar project to the one you would like, pointing out the options, the impact on you of the build process and show you many examples of completed lofts which will both inspire you and show you the quality and attention to detail of our work. A typical consultation may last an hour or two, some take as many as 3 or 4, the point is you are in control, we spend as long as you think you need to ensure we have answered all your question and you are fully aware of your options.
Following our visit you WILL very shortly receive a Quotation for the work you have requested along with a detailed specification of the work we are offering. This Quotation WILL be a fixed price Quotation, we will not increase the price during or afterwards unless YOU have requested additional work.
When we commence the build process we WILL be on site every weekday throughout the project. We will not cause any un necessary disruption and we will always seek your input and try our utmost to comply with your wishes.
